Residential Lettings
We have a large portfolio of residential rental properties that we manage. We have a constantly changing number of properties available to rent. Please use the search facility to find properties that meet your requirements or feel free to contact us for an up to date rental list.
Our properties are usually available for an initial 6 month minimum term. An application fee is payable to cover the cost of obtaining references and there is a charge for the preparation of a tenancy. Deposits are usually equivalent to a months rent.
